CANCELLATION POLICY
BODY BY ROSIE LLC Appointment Cancellation Policy At BODY BY ROSIE LLC, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients properly, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice Requirement We require a minimum of 12–24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. All cancellations must be made by phone call directly to our office. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Clients who fail to call and properly cancel their appointment will be charged the applicable fee on the card on file. Card on File Policy A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with BODY BY ROSIE LLC, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize any applicable fees to be charged if the policy is not followed.
